I am a therapeutic counsellor supporting adults and young people through life’s challenges, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma and difficult life transitions, amongst many others.

​I offer a calm, supportive and confidential space where you will feel truly heard and understood. It’s important for me to understand your perspective. This allows us to explore your experiences and emotions in a meaningful way. Together, we will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, allowing space to explore and find new ways forward.

My counselling approach is rooted in person-centred principles, offering empathy and honesty without judgement. I also draw on CBT and psychodynamic techniques where appropriate, tailoring therapy to your needs. My experience as both a counsellor and a senior educator positions me to provide thoughtful, compassionate and high-quality therapeutic support.​

Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. The relationship built with a client is central to the work, creating the foundation for healing, resilience and growth.
